These Terms govern your use of the BSN website and web application ("Platform") operated by SURESHKUMAR GOVINDBHAI SINGAL (Proprietor), trading as BSN – Bahujan Sahay Network, Naredi, Ta: Manavadar, Dist: Junagadh, Gujarat, India ("BSN", "we", "us"). By registering or using the Platform you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India to become a member.

2. Account & Verification

You agree to provide true and accurate information including identity verification. BSN may suspend or terminate accounts with false information, fraud or misuse.

3. Membership Fee

The membership fee (currently ₹1,200 for a 3-year membership) is paid for access to the Platform and its services. BSN may revise fees with prior notice; revised fees apply on renewal. Membership is not a deposit, investment, chit, insurance or a promise of any future benefit or assistance.

4. Community Assistance

BSN only facilitates verification and displays support requests. Any assistance by a member is voluntary and is paid directly to the beneficiary's bank/UPI account. BSN does not collect, hold, route or distribute assistance money and is not responsible for transactions made directly between users. BSN does not guarantee that any request will receive support.

5. Support Requests

Requests are published only after verification. Submitting false documents or misusing assistance will lead to permanent termination and may be reported to authorities.

6. Referral Partners

Marketing partners are governed by a separate written agreement. Commission, if any, is paid only as per that agreement and applicable law.

7. Prohibited Use

You shall not impersonate others, upload unlawful content, attempt fraud, collect other users' data, or disrupt the Platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logo and software on the Platform belong to BSN and may not be used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, BSN's total liability shall not exceed the membership fee paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

You may close your account anytime. BSN may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Junagadh, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
